Overview
This is not a maintenance role. It is a high-impact commercial role focused on navigating complex multinational organizations, identifying new use cases, and driving significant revenue expansion.
This position reports directly to the founders.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic account ownership: Manage a focused portfolio of 3–5 high-value enterprise accounts.
- Revenue expansion: Drive aggressive growth within existing accounts by unlocking new departments, geographies, and use cases.
- Stakeholder management: Map complex organizational structures to build relationships with C-level executives and operational champions across different subsidiaries and countries.
- Commercial strategy: Lead contract negotiations and renewals, moving customers from initial contracts to long-term, large-scale commitments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Solutions Engineers and Product teams to ensure successful delivery while you focus on the commercial relationship.
- Travel: Frequent travel to customer sites (e.g., Hamburg, Vienna, Belgium, USA) to maintain face-to-face relationships.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or Sales, specifically managing multinational accounts.
- Startup DNA: Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment is essential. You’re comfortable operating without the resources of a large corporation — hands-on, with an ownership mindset.
- Technical competency (AI discussions): While you are not an engineer, you can speak with engineering and operations leaders and help teams understand how Levity will deliver meaningful value. You have a solid degree of AI competency and technical understanding.
